• Calculate the number of strips: 6 0.5 = 12 strips needed.
• Calculate required length: 12 strips x 2.5 m high = 30 m.
• Allow for +10% for cuts: 30 + (30 x 0.1) = 33 m.
• Calculate number of rolls: 33 10 = 3.3 rolls needed, round up to 4.
• Rolls are made to order to ensure shade and pattern continuity.
• A bath number is assigned to each production batch to avoid discrepancies.
• Even slight variations can be noticeable after application.
